[P1] Llama: 6 bugs from Dave's 1:40am QA (fixing in two waves)

ALL 6 FIXED + verified live 2:20am. Wave 1 (aa3bb591): reply 'Sending...' stuck (server echoes client ts now), profile URL #/profile/dlaney (old URL aliases), boot preserves in-session posts, honest reply errors. Wave 2 (8f1589b5): image pipeline rebuilt. Root cause was stripBigImages() deleting every upload over 50KB from all API responses while client encodes at ~200KB+. Now images store under separate llama:img:<ts> keys, served via /api/sloth/kv?img=<ts> (200, image/jpeg, immutable cache), messages carry URLs. E2E tested with 230KB upload: POST, direct GET, and thread read all pass.
