From a top level perspective it is very important to us to deeply understand our clients wants and needs what we need to do is always take the time to deeply work with them as they lay out their vision for the next couple years.
It's been very helpful for us to spend a lot of time question what they're trying to do so as to get a clear game plan and then what we can do is come in and assist them with a strategic approach to growth over the course of the next year or two. Also something that's very important is to get buy-in from all parties. When we move the ball forward, we want to make sure that all members of the team are on the same page.
We use a number of communication strategies to accomplish this goal. One of the ways that we do this is by having everybody in a such as Discord, Trello or Slack. This is been extremely effective for us to keep all communication centralized so everyone can simply check the online tool and see what the latest is for all the different aspects of the business.
What are things that we feel as though we do very well is getting a chance to work with founders who are trying to do incredibly ambitious growth projects. Having worked directly on projects to reach tens of millions of people, it is great when we get a chance to connect the founders who have the same ambition. We love getting a chance to work with people for shooting for the moon, and we are here to strap-on are moon boots and help them as they grow.
Also something that could be very helpful is the ability for the team to all work using a very special by growth model. We reached out to teams at Facebook, and have a guidelines and framework from Facebook that we use to help educate all of our growth strategies.
